MY OBJECT STUDY TODAY
using my humble, not so sophisticated camera
first picture. looks quite good.
a little dim. and no brightness to the colour
with the flash it looks better. but the wood steals the colour away
too dark again
contrast is better. but flash might be a bit too bright.
succeeded slightly in doing what i wanted to do. capturing the reflection of the apple in the wood.
reddish tinge. accidentedly formed when i covered the focus light in an attempt to reduce the flash
then i decided to change location to one with better light. or so i thought. but turned out the flash created this black feather effect around the photo. quite nice.
obsessed with the black feather effect.
then i realised. i change the position of the shadow with my flash.
changed camera to close up. if i looked closely enough, i could see the specks of dust on the apple!
and thats the end of my camera experiment.
